2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon baking powder

(Optional) Toppings: sea salt, everything bagel seasoning, or sesame seeds

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Add the Greek yogurt to the flour mixture and stir until a dough begins to form.

      Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead lightly for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes a smooth ball.

        Shape the Bagels: Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a rope that is about 8-10 inches long, then shape it into a circle, pinching the ends together to form a bagel.

          Add Toppings (Optional): If desired, sprinkle sea salt, everything bagel seasoning, or sesame seeds on top of each bagel and gently press to adhere.

            Bake: Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown.
