Ingredients
  

4 plain bagels (halved)

1 cup marinara sauce (or pizza sauce)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Olive oil spray (for crisping)

Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) and let it preheat for about 3-5 minutes.

    Prepare the Bagels: Place the halved bagels on a cutting board, cut side up. If desired, lightly spray the cut sides with olive oil to enhance crispness.

      Spread the Sauce: Spoon a generous amount of marinara sauce onto each bagel half, spreading it evenly across the surface.

        Add Cheese: Sprinkle about 3 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each bagel half.

          Top it Off: Layer pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings) evenly over the cheese. You can customize with vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms if you like.

            Season: Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) on top of the toppings for added flavor.

              Air Frying: Place the prepared bagel pizzas into the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they aren’t crowded. You may have to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

                Garnish and Serve: Carefully remove the bagel pizzas from the air fryer. Top with fresh basil leaves if desired. Slice into quarters and serve immediately while hot.
