Ingredients
  

1 lb ground chicken

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

1 head of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce, leaves separated

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken Filling:

    - In a medium bowl, mix ground chicken with minced garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).

      Preheat the Air Fryer:

        - Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Cook the Chicken:

            - Lightly grease the air fryer basket with olive oil.

              - Add the chicken mixture to the basket, spreading it out evenly.

                - Cook at 370°F for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly crispy on the edges.

                  Assemble the Wraps:

                    - While the chicken is cooking, wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

                      - Once the chicken is ready, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute.

                        - Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf.

                          Serve:

                            - Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side. Squeeze lime juice over the wraps for extra zest.
