1 lb salmon fillet, skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Garlic Cream Sauce:

½ cup sour cream

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Salmon Bites:

    - In a large bowl, combine the salmon cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix gently to coat the salmon evenly with the seasoning. Set aside for about 10 minutes to marinate.

      Preheat the Air Fryer:

        - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

          Air Fry the Salmon:

            - Place the marinated salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer).

              - Air fry the salmon bites at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through. They should reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

                Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:

                  - While the salmon is air frying, prepare the garlic cream sauce. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

                    - If you'd like a thinner consistency, add a splash of water or more lemon juice until it reaches your desired consistency.

                      Serve:
