2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1 (12 oz) can of tuna, drained

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise, if preferred)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley)

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

8 large leaves of romaine or butter lettuce

Prep the Avocados: In a mixing bowl, scoop out the flesh of the avocados, leaving a small border to maintain the shape of the halves. Set the avocado skins aside.
