1 ripe banana, mashed

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup chia seeds

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey, if not vegan)

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the mixture is well blended and smooth.

    Gradually add the chia seeds to the banana mixture while stirring constantly to prevent clumps from forming.

      Once the chia seeds are evenly incorporated, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture to a jar with a lid.
