Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 lb deli sliced turkey breast

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mixed salad greens (spinach, arugula, and romaine)

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

½ cup ranch dressing

1 tsp smoked paprika

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Wrap Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the turkey breast, shredded cheddar cheese, mixed salad greens, avocado, and cherry tomatoes. Gently toss to mix the ingredients evenly.

Mix the Dressings: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well blended.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon an even amount of the turkey mixture in the center of the tortilla, then drizzle some of the BBQ-ranch dressing over the filling.

Roll the Wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then carefully roll from the bottom up, keeping the fillings tucked in. Place seam-side down on a plate.

Repeat: Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

Slice and Serve: Slice each wrap in half diagonally. Drizzle any remaining BBQ-ranch dressing on top if desired, and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.

Enjoy: Serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate for a quick, delicious lunch or snack later!
