Prepare the Zoodles: Using a spiralizer, create zoodles from the zucchini. Place the zoodles in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and let them sit for about 10 minutes to draw out excess water. Afterward, pat them dry with paper towels.

    Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the shredded chicken and pour in the buffalo sauce. Stir and cook until the chicken is heated through and well-coated in the sauce. Set aside.
