Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup diced carrots

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Turkey: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until it's browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

Season the Turkey: Once the turkey is cooked, drain any excess fat. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Add Buffalo Sauce: Pour in the buffalo sauce and mix until the turkey is evenly coated. Allow it to simmer for another 2-3 minutes to heat through and absorb the flavors. Adjust seasoning or add more buffalo sauce to taste.

Prepare the Lettuce Wraps: While the turkey is simmering, prepare your lettuce leaves by washing and gently patting them dry. Keep them whole and intact for the wraps.

Assemble the Wraps: On each lettuce leaf, spoon a generous portion of the buffalo turkey mixture. Top with diced celery, carrots, and crumbled blue cheese, if using.

Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle fresh cilantro or parsley on top for added freshness. Serve immediately for a crunchy and flavorful bite!
