Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (8-count)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup melted butter (for brushing)

1 tablespoon dried parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or brush it with oil.

Prepare the chicken mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Assemble the biscuit bombs: Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Take one biscuit and flatten it into a circle on a clean surface or your palm. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of the biscuit.

Form the bombs: Carefully pull the edges of the biscuit up and around the filling to enclose it completely. Pinch and seal the edges to ensure no filling escapes. Roll it gently into a ball shape.

Arrange in the muffin tin: Place each biscuit bomb seam-side down into the prepared muffin tin. Repeat with the remaining biscuits and filling.

Add some flavor: Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with melted butter and drizzle a little olive oil over them for extra flavor and crispiness.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Brush with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with dried parsley for garnish. Serve warm for a delicious and cheesy experience!
