Ingredients

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hands.

Assemble the Bombs: Take a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, placing it in the center of the flattened dough. Fold the edges over the cheese and pinch to seal tightly, forming a ball.

Coat the Balls: Dip each ball in the garlic butter mixture, making sure to coat them well. Place the coated balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed up.

Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter from the bowl, and sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
