2 cups cooked rotini pasta

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil.

    Cook Pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Cook Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, blanch in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes until bright green, then drain. If using frozen, just thaw it briefly in the microwave before adding it to the dish.

        Prepare Sauce Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.

          Combine Ingredients: In the same bowl, add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and broccoli. Stir until everything is evenly coated with the sauce mixture.

            Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

              Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top of the pasta mixture.

                Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
