2 large whole wheat tortillas

2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 ripe mango, diced

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or sour cream with lime juice and honey (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

    Assemble the wrap: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the yogurt dressing on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

      Layer the ingredients: On one half of each tortilla, layer the sliced grilled chicken breasts, followed by the fresh spinach leaves, avocado slices, and diced mango.
