Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup pecans, chopped

½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps

Optional: sliced avocado or feta cheese for topping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Adjust to your taste preference; if you like it sweeter, add more honey.

    Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach leaves, dried cranberries, and chopped pecans. Pour the prepared dressing over the mixture, and toss until all ingredients are well-coated.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas. Spoon an even portion of the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. If desired, add slices of avocado or a sprinkle of feta cheese on top for extra flavor.

        Wrap it Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then carefully roll it up from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling stays inside. Wrap it tightly so it doesn’t fall apart.
