9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)

2 cups ricotta cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Lasagna Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay them flat on a clean kitchen towel to cool.

      Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Assemble the Rolls: Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Take one lasagna noodle and spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture over it. Roll the noodle tightly from one end to the other and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.

          Add Sauce and Cheese: Once all the lasagna rolls are in the baking dish, pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top, ensuring each roll is well covered. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

            Bake: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
