4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Prepare the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

        Combine Spinach: Add the chopped spinach to the cream sauce, stirring until just wilted. Then, return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some sauce over each piece.

          Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken and spinach mixture in the skillet.

            Bake: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C) and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
