1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Cook Tortellini: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic!
