2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Prepare the Potatoes: Begin by washing the russet potatoes thoroughly. Peel them if desired, then carefully cut each potato into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick) to achieve the classic fry shape.

    Soak the Fries: To enhance the crispiness, soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes. This step removes excess starch and helps to achieve a crunchier texture.

      Dry and Season: Drain the fries and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fries and toss them well to coat evenly with the seasoning.

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes, ensuring it reaches the right temperature for optimal cooking.
