4 large carrots, peeled and sliced thinly into rounds or strips

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
