1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Prepare the Corn: Stand each ear of corn upright on a cutting board. Carefully slice down the sides to remove the kernels, but leave the cob in one piece. This will create your “corn ribs.” Each ear generally yields 4-6 ribs.

      Mix the Coating: In a medium bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
