1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

1/3 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps (spinach or garlic herb for extra flavor)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium cucumber, diced

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or vegan cheese (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Prepare the Chickpeas: In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated with the seasonings.

    Bake the Chickpeas: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned chickpeas onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
