Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup ranch dressing or mayo (optional for creaminess)

Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and black pepper. Add the diced chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld.

Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized, stirring occasionally.

Add Vegetables: Once the chicken is nearly cooked, add the sliced red bell pepper and shredded carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of ranch dressing or mayo in the center of each tortilla. Add a handful of shredded lettuce, followed by a portion of the spicy chicken mixture.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a secure wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Serve: Slice each wrap in half and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish. Serve immediately while warm or prepare them as a meal prep option to enjoy later.
