2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional, for heat)

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn tortillas

Feta cheese or queso fresco (optional, for topping)

Lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, black beans, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and half of the cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle in the ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Gently toss until everything is well combined. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

    Warm the Tortillas: In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, until pliable. You can cover them with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm as you work on the remaining tortillas.
