Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dark chocolate chunks (optional)

Cupcake liners

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners to create individual cups.

Mix Yogurt and Flavorings: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and fully combined.

Add Granola: Gently fold in the granola, reserving a small handful for topping. Make sure the granola is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Layer the Cups: Spoon the yogurt-granola mixture into each cupcake liner, filling them about three-quarters full. Press down gently to ensure they hold their shape.

Add Berries and Toppings: Distribute the mixed berries evenly over the filled cups. If desired, sprinkle the reserved granola, chopped nuts, and mini chocolate chips on top for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and allow the cups to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully peel away the cupcake liners. Serve immediately or store the cups in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.

Enjoy: Grab your frozen yogurt granola cups as a refreshing snack or dessert, perfect for those warm days!
