Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup refrigerated pizza dough (1 lb)

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sliced jalapeños or pickles for filling

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.

Mix the Cheese: In a bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese with the cooked ground beef. If desired, add sliced jalapeños or pickles for an extra flavor kick.

Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.

Assemble the Bombs: Place a generous tablespoon of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough square. Gather the corners of the dough up and pinch to seal, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.

Coat with Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the tops of the dough bombs with the garlic butter and then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Place the assembled bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes. Brush again with the garlic butter mixture if desired, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm as an irresistible appetizer or snack!
