Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 large egg

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or thyme)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, dried Italian herbs, salt, pepper, and milk. Use your hands or a spoon to mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

      Shape the Meatloaves: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into mini meatloaves, about 2-3 inches long. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they're spaced apart for even cooking.
