2 cups cooked egg noodles

2 cups cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Noodles: In a large pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles, shredded rotisserie chicken, broccoli florets, and half of both the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

        Create the Sauce: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the noodle-chicken blend and stir until everything is evenly coated.
