Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for grilling

Optional: Croutons for added crunch

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, combine chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Let it marinate for 20-30 minutes for enhanced flavor.

      Grill the Chicken:

        - Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

          Prepare the Wraps:

            - Lay the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing on each tortilla, leaving space along the edges to prevent spillage.

              Assemble:

                - On top of the dressing, scatter a handful of chopped Romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese. If desired, add some croutons for an extra crunch.

                  Wrap It Up:

                    - Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to encase all the fillings. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

                      Grill the Wraps (Optional):

                        - For a warm wrap, return the filled wraps to the grill for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing down gently with a spatula until golden and crispy. This will also help melt the cheese slightly.

                          Serve:

                            - Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
