Grilled Chicken Pesto Wraps

2 cups grilled chicken, sliced

1/2 cup fresh basil pesto

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling

Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush it with olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Chicken: Season the grilled chicken slices with salt and pepper to taste. You can use pre-cooked grilled chicken or marinate fresh chicken breasts in olive oil, salt, and pepper before grilling. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.

      Mix the Pesto: In a small bowl, mix the fresh basil pesto with a pinch of salt and pepper. This will ensure that the pesto is evenly seasoned.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the pesto mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.
