1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 large egg

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk or heavy cream

1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (optional for extra crunch)

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, and lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
