1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil (if using). Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they're well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2-3 hours for deeper flavors.
