Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust based on heat preference)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). This high temperature will help caramelize the Brussels sprouts, giving them a delicious crispiness.

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until they are evenly coated.

Roast the Brussels Sprouts: Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast them in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, shaking the pan halfway through for even cooking.

Make the Honey Sriracha Glaze: While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha, minced garlic, and soy sauce until well combined. Adjust the Sriracha amount according to your heat preference.

Combine and Coat: Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and drizzle the honey Sriracha mixture over them. Toss well to ensure every Brussels sprout is beautifully coated in the glaze.

Return to the Oven: Place the baking sheet back in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly and infuse into the sprouts.

Garnish: Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for a pop of color and extra crunch.

Serve: Enjoy your Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts as a delicious side dish or a standalone snack!
