2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup almond flour

2 large eggs

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Dough: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and softened cream cheese. Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat this process until both cheeses are completely melted and combined.

      Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper.

        Combine Mixtures: Add the dry ingredients to the melted cheese blend in the large bowl. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly until a dough forms.

          Shape the Breadsticks: Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Using your hands or a spatula, flatten and shape the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
