Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

1 lb ground beef (80% lean)

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (for garnish)

1/4 cup cooked bacon bits (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine or penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Use a spatula to break up the meat as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Onions & Garlic: Add the diced onion to the skillet with the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent. Then, add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.

Add Cheese: Stir in the cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, and cook until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until the pasta is well coated in the cheesy mixture.

Serve: Serve the Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta in bowls, garnished with halved cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, and a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley.

Enjoy! Dive into this decadent dish that combines all the flavors of a loaded cheeseburger with creamy, comforting pasta.
