Nutella Swirl Cheesecake Bars

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

½ cup Nutella

For the Nutella swirl:

¼ cup Nutella (for swirling on top)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.

      Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add in the granulated sugar and beat until just combined.

        Add Remaining Ingredients: Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract until fully blended. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing just until incorporated after each addition. Avoid overmixing.

          Incorporate Nutella: Gently fold in ½ cup of Nutella into the cheesecake filling until just swirled (do not fully combine).

            Assemble the Cheesecake Bars: Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining ¼ cup Nutella over the filling. Use a knife or a skewer to gently swirl the Nutella into the cheesecake filling for a marbled effect.

              Bake the Cheesecake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle.
