1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup and place a wire rack on top. This allows air circulation to keep the chicken crispy.

    Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Stir until well combined.

      Coat the Drumsticks: Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to help the skin crisp up. Add the drumsticks to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge for deeper flavor).
