1 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
