Ingredients

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast

12 lasagna noodles (no-boil recommended)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)

2 cups ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: If using store-bought Alfredo sauce, gather all the other ingredients. If making homemade sauce, prepare it first and let it cool slightly.

Season the Ricotta: In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

      Layer the Slow Cooker:

        - Start by spreading a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.

          - Place 3 lasagna noodles on top of the sauce, breaking them if necessary to fit.

            - Spread 1/3 of the seasoned ricotta cheese mixture over the noodles.

              - Add 1/2 of the shredded chicken over the ricotta.

                - Pour 1/2 of the remaining Alfredo sauce over the chicken.

                  - Sprinkle 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese and 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese on top.

                    Repeat the Layers:

                      - Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with the remaining noodles on top. Spread any leftover Alfredo sauce on the noodles and finish with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Cooking Time: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for about 4-6 hours, or until the lasagna is bubbling and the noodles are tender.

Finish and Serve: Once done, turn off the slow cooker and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to set up. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Slice and enjoy your creamy delight!
