2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda for extra sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Optional: whipped cream for topping

In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, sparkling water, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
