8 chicken drumsticks

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional, for heat)

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup baby carrots, halved

1 red bell pepper, sliced

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, and red chili flakes (if using). Stir until well combined.

      Marinate the Drumsticks: Place the chicken drumsticks in a large zip-lock bag or a bowl. Pour about two-thirds of the honey garlic marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight for deeper flavor).
