2 ripe avocados

1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a creamier option)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon celery, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Cherry tomatoes, halved, for garnish

Prepare the Avocados: Slice the avocados in half and carefully remove the pits. Scoop out a small portion of the flesh to create more space for the filling, but be sure to leave enough to keep the structure of the avocado intact.

    Make the Tuna Salad: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, red onion, celery, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
