Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup granola (your choice, preferably nutty)

2 cups mixed summer fruits (choose a combination of strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, and peaches, diced)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Creamy Base: In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

    Layer the Ingredients:

      - Take a glass or a clear cup to showcase the beautiful layers.

        - Start by adding a layer of the yogurt mixture at the bottom. Aim for about 1/4 cup.

          - Next, add a layer of granola, approximately 2 tablespoons.

            - Follow this with a layer of your diced fruits (about 1/3 cup), choosing a mix of colors and textures.

Repeat the Layers: Continue layering until you reach the top of the glass, finishing with a layer of yogurt. You should have at least 2-3 layers of yogurt, granola, and fruit.

Garnish and Chill: Top your parfaits with a handful of extra fruit and a sprig of fresh mint for a pop of color. If you're not serving immediately, cover them with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve your parfaits chilled, either as a refreshing breakfast, a healthy snack, or a delightful dessert!
