1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 small red onion, finely chopped

1 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Hot sauce (optional, for serving)

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocados, corn, black beans, diced red bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped red onion.
