1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray or butter.

    Melt the White Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

      Make the Caramel Mixture: In another saucepan, combine granulated sugar, unsalted butter, heavy cream, and sea salt.
